This property was formerly used to fabricate pre-engineered steel building systems. The main plant consists of 120,638 sq ft, a high-bay area of 53,200 sq ft and an office area of 17,237 sq. ft.  The buildings are pre-engineered steel with engineered metal and insulated panels on the walls and ceilings. The ceiling height clearance is 29′6″ in the high-bay area and 21′ at the eaves and 27′ at the peak in the main plant. Only the offices are sprinklered with a wet-system. The floors are 8″ and 6″ reinforced concrete. Lighting is metal halide. Elecrical service is 2500 amp, 48/277 volt, 3 phase-4 wire. Heating in the plant is provided by 3 1.5million BTW make-up air units.

The building is served by 16 cranes with capacity between 3-10 ton. There are 6 interior dock-height doors on the south end of the plant and 6 drive-in doors. The property is served with an asphalt parking lot with room for approximately 150 cars. Rail potential.
